Chris Reeve Large Inkosi Drop Point Titanium Handle S35VN Blade

Chris Reeve Large Inkosi Drop Point Titanium Handle S35VN Blade

SKU: C6496F

Chris Reeve is one of the pioneers of modern folding knife making. He is the inventor of the RIL (Reeve Integral Lock) which we commonly refer to as Frame Lock. Chris Reeve's work and the Sebenza have been the inspiration for some of the most coveted and sought after custom makers like Michael Raymond and Scott Cook.

The Inkosi is the next step in the evolutionary chain of Chris Reeve Knives. Named for the word "Chief" in Zulu, the Inkosi employs Chris Reeve’s trademark Integral Lock and design alongside new features that make it more robust than the classic Sebenza - a combination of Chris Reeve’s signature large hollow grind, added stability to the locking system, a studier stop pin, and a redesigned pocket clip that reduces pressure on the lock bar. This is the first time Chris Reeve has been able to use twin, oversized washers with an Integral lock. The washer diameter is wider than the blade securing zero sideways play. With larger lubrication holes there is even less surface area of friction.
