Custom Knife Factory T14W Knife Stonewash M390 Blade Titanium Handle

Alexey Konygin has designed knives for Custom Knife Factory since 2013. While all of his designs gained popularity amongst the collectors, some gained a legendary status. T Series of knives were some of the most popular and still are extremely sought after. T90 and the smaller T92 are to date some of the best tactical knives produce by CKF and are highly collectible. Custom Knife Factory and Alexey Konygin have outdone themselves with the new T14.
 
The T14 is based on the T90 knife and it has been significantly upgraded and improved to make the already perfect knife even better. The Custom Knife Factory T14 is an absolute beast of a knife with a 9.5" overall length and 4.2" blade. The handle features Alexey Konygin's signature milled lines and cut-out windows that reduces the weight greatly and is aesthetically beautiful. The re-designed handle feels even better in the hand and is large enough even for Shrek's hands. A blue titanium pivot collar has been added for the first time in the T series and the knife also come with a spare pivot collar made from copper.
 
The construction is simple and practical with only 2 screws. The signature Konygin hardware can be opened simply with a large flathead screwdriver. The handle is black stonewashed, featuring a very durable working finish that perfectly hides wear and tear. The handle is significantly improved and is now more ergonomic than ever before. The grip section is narrowed and tapered better and the corners are bevelled for a secure grip and excellent feel in the hand.
 
The pocket clip is also redesigned and is not only more comfortable to use, but also looks better too. The pocket clip is fitted with hidden hardware that are drilled from the internal part of the handle. For the first time in T series, a lanyard hole is added in a very interesting fashion, to the lock side of the frame only.
 
The blade is made of the all-round superior M390 steel. It is a beastly blade with a razor sharp factory edge and a devastating tip. The blade is slightly re-worked as well. Addition of a thumb ramp with jimping on the spine improves the grip. Flipper tab is now smaller and more ergonomic and also features jimping for a flawless and comfortable flipping action.
 
Speaking of action, we have one of the best drop shut actions you can get your hands on here with glass like smoothness. The blade fires out hard & fast, generating a resounding clunk sound that is music to any knife enthusiast ears. On closing, once you past the detent ball the blade drops like a guillotine on its own weight.
